Marketing Services

Choose your good quest:

1. Conversion Audit

Find out where you’re losing potential buyers.

$1,700 founding price

A good fit if

  • Your traffic is fine, but conversion rate or repeat purchase isn’t
  • You’re about to launch, reposition or scale your ad campaigns
  • You want proof of the problem before you commit to optimizations

What’s included

  • Brand asset review: homepage, up to 3 funnels including landing pages, ads and emails
  • Customer voice research: public reviews (brand and competitors), forums, Reddit, social comments
  • AI search check: how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe your brand, product and competitors across 10 category questions
  • Message-market fit analysis: brand messaging vs. Voice-of-Customer vs. AI brand perception & sentiment
  • Competitor benchmark: up to 2 competitors analyzed (positioning, messaging, message-market fit)

What you get

  • A full report with identified conversion gaps, conversion leaks, and friction points
  • A list of recommended fixes, ranked by commercial impact
  • A 60-minute call to walk your team through the findings

What it isn’t

The audit doesn’t include implementation — proposed optimizations are handled by your team. If you need a copywriter, I can introduce you to people I trust.

What I need from you

  • Links to your homepage and up to 3 funnels: landing pages, plus the ads and emails that feed them (screenshots or exports work)
  • The product(s) to focus on and the 2 competitors you want benchmarked
  • Read-only access to your analytics (GA4, Shopify or similar), or the last 90 days of sessions, conversion rate and average order value for the audited pages
  • Your repeat purchase rate and your top cancellation or return reasons, if you track them
  • One contact person who can answer questions within 2 working days

Analytics and retention data are optional. Without them, fixes are ranked by estimated impact. With them, I can show what each one costs you in revenue.

Timeline

10 working days from when I get access.

2. Customer Intelligence Sprint

Know your buyers better than your competitors do.

$4,500 founding price

A good fit if

  • You’re launching a new product or repositioning the brand
  • You lose customers after the first purchase and don’t know why
  • Your team can create great copy but the message-market fit is off

What’s included

  • Everything in the Conversion Audit
  • Kickoff call to agree priorities and questions
  • Internal data analysis: reviews, customer service tickets, cancellation and return reasons, post-purchase surveys, repeat purchase data
  • Extended customer voice research: forums, Reddit, social and competitor reviews, beyond the Audit’s scope
  • White space analysis: underserved customer segments, unmet needs and messaging angles no one in your category uses, based on VoC and competitor research
  • Done-with-you support: 2 working sessions with your team + 30 days of email/Slack support after delivery

What you get

  • A customer intelligence report: buyer profiles with their purchase triggers, objections and retention drivers
  • A Voice-of-Customer library: real customer quotes sorted by type (needs, desires, triggers, objections, questions)
  • A message map: new messaging angles by segment and buying stage (trigger, exploration, evaluation, purchase), including the objections to address and the proof each stage needs
  • AI-ready insights: your research in files your team can load into ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
  • A 90-day roadmap: what to optimize, test and create first, ranked by commercial impact
  • A final briefing with your team

What it isn’t

The Sprint doesn’t include copywriting, creative production or campaign management. Your team puts the findings to work, with my support within the limits above. If you need a copywriter, I can introduce you to people I trust.

What I need from you

  • Everything listed for the Conversion Audit
  • Exports of reviews, customer service tickets and cancellation or return reasons (last 6–12 months)
  • Post-purchase survey results and repeat purchase data, if you have them
  • One contact person, plus 2–3 team members available for the kickoff and working sessions

Timeline

6 weeks from when I receive everything above.
